Well, it's 2009 and as usual happens...I got fluffy.  So I am getting back to the gym after missing about 3 months and have started up dance lessons again.  My dad has introduced me to a product from Mannatech called Osolean.  They claim it will help reduce bodyfat and spare lean tissue.  Since I was a body builder back in the day, I am always interested in losing fat.  So this week I start in earnest to workout 3 days a week and take this product twice a day to see what happens.  I will keep you updated.
